Users are prohibited from using the kcd2 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate the system or games. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, use unauthorised automated software, or disrupt platform operations may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
All financial transactions on the kcd2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). We support local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to limits set for each payment method and may change from time to time.
Funds deposited into your account are typically credited within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. kcd2 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, banks, or technical disruptions beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of identity verification (KYC). Processing times vary depending on the chosen method. kcd2 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while an investigation is underway if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Any bonus or promotional credit awarded to your account is subject to specific wagering requirements. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is issued. kcd2 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.

Kcd2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or system abuse. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a violation will be subject to investigation before a refund is considered.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
Kcd2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the kcd2 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
